Michele Carey, the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr the doctor, and Thelma Henson, the housewife who was born Michele Lee Henson on February 26th, 1942in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. When she was a teenager, she performed well on the piano, and at age 13 she took home an international prize at the Chicago Music Festival. She settled within Fort Collins, Colorado with her family, and completed her high schooling in Fort Collins High School where she graduated in 1960.
